Mayor Patti York of St. Charles, Missouri  offers congratulations on our International Competition success, and introduces President Ron Grooters. Ron shared some of our history and our historic and ongoing commitment to represent the City of St. Charles with excellence in singing. Ron introduced Cadence, St. Louis Area Champion quartet and 2nd place Central States District finalists.
