This
year’s scholarship award goes to Daniel Craig,
who resides in Wentzville Missouri and has graduated
from Fort Zumwalt – North High School with a 4-point
+ grade-point average. He has also attended college
courses at Missouri Baptist College and the University
of Missouri – St. Louis. He has now been accepted
at Missouri State University – Springfield Missouri
for this coming academic year.
He
credits his high school choral director, Mrs. Amanda
Ategeman, for instilling in him his love for vocal music.
She comments that Daniel displays exceptional leadership
qualities; has been instrumental in keeping rehearsals
focused and successful; has participated in concert
choir and a double quartet and the 2005 & 2006 pageants;
was a member of the yearbook staff, the academic team,
national honor society, and the newspaper staff. He
has been on the honor roll every quarter for all four
years. She says that he will certainly excel in college
in his academic and musical pursuits.
