 Mark
Keever - What can you safely say about
a baritone? Mark Keever is a quintessential entertainer: singer, actor,
musician a go-to guy on questions related to chord structure and chord
worshipping. He joined the South Cook chapter at age 12 to sing with his
dad and was nurtured in early quartets. In high school, it was the Junior
Edition; later he sang with his brother in Windfall and in Illinois District
Champion quartets, Friends, Genuine Craft, and Alchemy. His lifelong love
of barbershopping has not kept him from reaching out to other musical
forms. Mark presently sings with his lovely wife Lynda as one half of
the renowned mixed quartet, Rendezvous. His son and three daughters have
always been avid fans of his chosen hobby. Mark also plays several stringed
instruments (usually not at the same time, though).
